- Document patient interactions in electronic health records promptly.
- Manage patient flow within the clinic environment.
- Perform necessary CLIA waived tests.
- Maintain quality logs for the care environment.
- Participate in clinic rounds to uphold care standards.
- Conduct medication management, including reconciliation and patient education on medication regimens.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols under the guidance of medical leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of New York.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate Degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
