Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care to ensure the safety and dignity of patients, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to address patient and family needs, offering suggestions and recommendations.
  • Assist nursing staff in maintaining a therapeutic milieu/environment to ensure the care and treatment of patients.
  • Participate in unit activities that promote a cohesive staff group, including interdisciplinary staff meetings and group facilitation.
Qualifications

We require an Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in Psychology, working with specialized populations such as emotionally disturbed children and families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
