Business Operations Project Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week)

We are seeking a highly organized Business Operations Project Coordinator to support the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning Module. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project plan, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of the implementation within a 10-16 week timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed project plan, defining key milestones, activities, and checkpoints throughout the project.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Manage risks that could impact the successful execution of the project, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, documenting action items, decisions made, and assigning responsibilities to team members.
  • Summarize progress after each major milestone, outlining next steps and aligning stakeholders on action items, deadlines, and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in HR systems like Workday.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in facilitating meetings and documenting key action items.
  • Familiarity with risk management and Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
