Job Summary

This role involves performing maintenance and repair services on guitars while ensuring a positive customer experience. As a Lead Instrument Maintenance Specialist, you will interact with customers, service their instruments with high craftsmanship, and maintain store inventory. You will also have opportunities for growth through training and development in product knowledge and sales techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
