We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) Engineer to join our team at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our defense systems throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RAM analyses and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement in system reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Execute Reliability Design Activities such as Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), developing RAM requirements, reliability predictions, reliability growth program management, reliability and maintainability demonstrations.
  • Develop and oversee RAM-related testing to collect RAM data and ascertain demonstrated reliability.
  • Support Materiel Release of these systems to include RAM requirements assessment and development of Missile Stockpile Reliability Program Plans.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and trend analyses, identifying opportunities for optimization and mission enhancement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and regularly report results to leadership.

Requirements:

  • ABET accredited BS degree in Engineering or an Applied Science.
  • A minimum of 3 years of related technical experience.
  • Approximately 10% travel.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
