We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Cath Lab department.

Job Summary:

The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This includes following policies and procedures, clinical practice standards, and emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical judgment and be able to prioritize and organize work effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
