Scenic Hills at the Monastery offers a dynamic opportunity for a Weekend Healthcare Supervisor to join our team. This role oversees the nursing department's weekend functions, ensuring high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.

About the Role

This position involves assisting in planning, coordinating nursing services, and supervising nursing staff, while also directly providing patient care as needed. The successful candidate will possess leadership abilities, a valid LPN/RN license, and a commitment to improving long-term care services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English, and make independent decisions concerning job duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department, its programs, and activities.
  • Make written and oral reports/recommendations to management regarding the operation of the nursing service department.
  • Supervise, oversee, and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
Requirements
  • A current, valid state LPN/RN license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Leadership and supervisory ability.
  • Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
Salary Information

We offer an estimated salary of $**$70,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
