Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our cheese manufacturing team in Plymouth, WI. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of a safe, quality product that meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove raw materials from packaging and feed into machinery at the correct quantity per specifications
  • Inspect cheese for mold or foreign substances and segregate and clean cheese as needed
  • Set up, maintain, and perform production changeovers, sanitation, and assembly as required
  • Perform in-process quality checks on the production line and accurately complete required paperwork
  • Operate packaging and processing equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks
  • Inspect, box, and palletize packaged product and scan with a data collection device for correct processing
  • Keep supplies and ingredients for the production line stocked
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education (GED) and 3-6 months of prior relevant manufacturing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs - 50% of the shift
  • Able to stand - 100% of the shift
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
  • Able to work independently and with others
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Able to work in hot or cold environments
