Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all health and safety protocols
  • Conduct and record workplace safety inspections
  • Execute preventive maintenance routines and document findings
  • Generate work orders as necessary
  • Oversee proper inventory management through work orders
  • Maintain expertise in power distribution systems
  • Install, service, and adjust transformers, motors, and switches
  • Carry out low and medium voltage terminations and switchgear upkeep
  • Troubleshoot and maintain motor control circuits, including starters and VFDs
  • Perform electrical calculations and utilize testing equipment
  • Fabricate and install conduits, perform soldering, and align motors
  • Maintain and troubleshoot control valves and actuators
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments and manage the CMMS system
  • Understand thermography and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Troubleshoot and service PLCs and various sensors
  • Ensure maintenance tools are well-kept and possess a complete set of personal hand tools
  • Conduct post-job evaluations and operate small mobile machinery
  • Engage in training sessions designated by vendors and the company

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call duties
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate various machinery
  • Consistent attendance and commitment to safety standards
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and SAP

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of electrical experience in an industrial environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or technical training program

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to access all areas of the facility, including heights and confined spaces
  • Capable of working in extreme conditions and handling lime/mineral environments
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing, walking, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
