Prolink is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This position involves providing advanced troubleshooting and repair services on construction equipment, engines, and power trains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service technology and be proficient in using technical documentation, such as schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level maintenance and repair services on complex construction equipment, including engines and power trains.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Skills: Effectively diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be prepared to travel extensively within assigned regions, working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Five (5) or more years' experience with equipment diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting on construction equipment. A high school diploma is required, with training and/or certifications in equipment service and maintenance highly desirable.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess and maintain a current, valid state driver's license with a current DOT medical card, as well as any other necessary certifications for operating service trucks and towing.
  • Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and a strong customer service focus. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency and self-initiative are essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, Prolink offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
