Cambridge Part-Time Retail Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Claire's as a 3rd Keyholder in our Cambridge store. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally. Your key responsibilities will include delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, and demonstrating Claire's products. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge, assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions, and ear piercing (you will receive full training).

Qualifications - External
To be successful in this role, you will need to have some high school education, a minimum of 1 year retail experience, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills. You will also need to be able to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and bend, stoop, extend reach, climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers. You will also need to be able to operate a POS system.
