Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team at Comprehensive Health Clinics in Cambridge, MN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer various types of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy, tailored to meet each patient's needs.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their needs, medical history, and preferences to create customized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any relevant observations.
  • Ensure the massage therapy room and equipment are clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Educate patients on self-care practices, post-massage care, and lifestyle adjustments that can enhance their overall well-being.
  • Assist with scheduling, client intake, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Valid massage therapy license in the state of Minnesota.
  • 2 years of professional massage therapy experience preferred, but newly licensed therapists with relevant training are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in a range of massage techniques; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Completion of a recognized massage therapy training program.
