Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

• Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our members, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the cafe area.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work as a Team Member: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including food preparation and customer service.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and team members.
