Pastry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking all the fresh bread and pastries our cafe needs each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our cafe
• Maintain high standards for flavor and quality, using only the finest ingredients
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust within our team
• Support your manager and team members in achieving our goals

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for baking and commitment to food safety and health safety
• Ability to meet goals with limited supervision
