Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead - Member Services to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the member service area, ensuring that members receive exceptional service and support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of member service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve member service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a front-end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
