Cocktail Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and interacting with guests while responsibly serving beverages.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and drink offerings to enhance service quality and drive sales.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, while accurately processing transactions and complying with all operational guidelines.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of patrons by adhering to established protocols and promptly addressing any concerns with management.

Compensation:

$10 per hour plus tips

Additional Duties:

• Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests at the bar.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Encourage guests to try menu items to enhance their overall experience.
• Process cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage service or bartending is required.
• A current alcohol serving certification is preferred.
• Physical requirements include the ability to work extended hours and to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms, and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Close vision is necessary for detail-oriented tasks. The ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning is essential. Excellent communication skills are required, with fluency in English being mandatory. The ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-stress environment and multitask effectively is crucial.
