Job Overview

As an Assurance Intern, you will become an integral part of our Assurance practice, interacting with all members of the team and attending office meetings and functions. You will apply your education and in-house training to various on-the-job experiences, introducing you to specific audit and accounting software programs and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with audit testing and preparation of compilation, review, audit, and other assurance reports and financial statements.
  • Prepare various financial statement disclosures and supplemental schedules, as well as depreciation schedules.
  • Workpaper preparation for various engagements and testing, and provide other assurance and department assistance as needed.
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Accounting or a relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Actively pursuing necessary education credits to become a CPA.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented with a willingness to grow, a passion for living, and a desire to go above and beyond.
