Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80-$110 per hour, based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This translates to an annual salary of approximately $172,800 to $229,760.

About the Job:

Mammography Radiologic Technologist
  • Perform specialized examinations of the breast to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in women patients.
  • Assist radiologists in the completion of intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies.
  • Produce high-quality films for radiologists to evaluate.
  • Provide patient education regarding the exam.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Two years of Mammographic Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
