Job Summary

St. Gabriel's Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Work cooperatively with patients and their families to provide exceptional care.
  • Share observations and concerns with supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
  • Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Current unencumbered certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
  • At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
  • Ability to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Pass a criminal history check.
