We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Head of Paid Search to lead our digital search practice and drive business growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to drive client ROI and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists to deliver award-winning results and foster innovation
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level agency partners to facilitate training, education, and support needs
  • Contribute to business development efforts and work with other marketing departments to aid in ad operations, pre-campaign analysis, and post-campaign insight reporting
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of paid search experience with management experience
  • Agency or client-side experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience scaling paid search teams and clients
  • Google, Bing expertise/certifications (including shopping); Amazon a plus
  • Experience with tags/pixels and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • A start-up mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mentality
