Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to lead our Food Services Department at Masonic Homes of Kentucky. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients
  • Assess the nutritional status of adult and geriatric patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality nutritional services
  • Adhere to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
  • Participate in Performance Improvement teams to improve processes and patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Kentucky or meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree, 900 supervised hours, and willingness to obtain the Registered Dietitian Credential within 6 months
  • At least two years' work experience as a dietitian, preferably in long-term care or hospital geriatric settings
  • Ability to interact positively with residents, families, and colleagues
