Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive data-driven sales initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in leading revenue organizations, with a strong background in SaaS sales
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare and benefits technology sales
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
