Technical Support Training Program Specialist

The Technical Support Training Program at Year Up United is a comprehensive job training initiative designed to equip young adults with the technical and professional skills required to succeed in the industry.
Through a combination of technical and professional training, participants gain access to internships and job placement support, as well as ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Eligibility criteria includes being 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday, highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills, and not having obtained a Bachelors degree.
Participants will gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support to launch their career.
In-depth classes include Application Development & Support, Banking & Customer Success, Business Fundamentals, Helpdesk/Desktop Support, Project Management Support, and Quality Assurance.
Upon completion, participants will have the opportunity to launch their professional career, with 80% of graduates employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, earning an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars per year.
