Sales Manager for ShowerGuard Dealers

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our ShowerGuard Dealer Network expansion in the Northeast and Midwest regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with shower door dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase ShowerGuard sales through our Registered Dealer Network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key shower door dealer prospects in each market.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, training, and customer support to potential dealers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Guardian's interior glass products remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a comprehensive regional sales strategy for interior products.
- Identify and address the needs of dealers to ensure proactive solutions are in place.
- Conduct thorough analysis of dealer performance and provide growth recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements, with a focus on customer relationships and engagement.
- Ability to deliver sales presentations and articulate product benefits.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, with flexibility to accommodate short notice requirements.
- Proficient in CRM software.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus variable pay and a company car.
