Position Overview

Norco is in search of a dedicated individual to take on the role of Medical Store Customer Service Representative. This position is pivotal in providing assistance to both walk-in and phone-in customers. The responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Responding to telephone inquiries in a timely manner
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage
  • Effectively evaluating customer requirements for products or services
  • Informing patients/clients about medical products and services
  • Fitting and marketing medical products and services to clients
  • Processing customer orders and accurately entering them into the system
  • Maintaining a stocked, clean, organized, and appealing showroom
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Compensation: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr based on experience
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the medical field is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Capability to occasionally lift and/or carry items weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations
  • Proficiency in accurately entering data into a computer and learning necessary software applications
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
