- Welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Responding to telephone inquiries in a timely manner
- Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage
- Effectively evaluating customer requirements for products or services
- Informing patients/clients about medical products and services
- Fitting and marketing medical products and services to clients
- Processing customer orders and accurately entering them into the system
- Maintaining a stocked, clean, organized, and appealing showroom
- Carrying out additional tasks as assigned or necessary
- Compensation: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr based on experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the medical field is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Capability to occasionally lift and/or carry items weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations
- Proficiency in accurately entering data into a computer and learning necessary software applications
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
