Maintenance Technician

Morgan Truck Body LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify and report any equipment or machinery issues to management
- Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient production processes
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in a maintenance department associated with a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license
This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds.
The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces). The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands, and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
