Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Prepare and manage front desk schedules, including staffing and timekeeping
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and software systems
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
