Job Summary

The Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific growth plan to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Prospect and secure new client appointments through targeted telemarketing, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
