Your primary focus will be on leading the architecture, design, and development of SaaS platform analytical algorithms, solutions, and tooling. You will work closely with our team to plan and design new features, write clean, testable, and performant code, and create automatic tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and development of SaaS platform analytical algorithms, solutions, and tooling
  • Design algorithms for efficient use of compute and memory resources
  • Enhance functional capabilities and performance of existing system
  • Proactively contribute improvements to code quality, robustness, and development processes
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and software defects
  • Analyze and solve difficult problems across the stack
  • Design and write automatic test cases
  • Maintain and contribute to testing, CI, and DevOps infrastructure
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Follow an agile development methodology
  • Participate in product planning, requirements analysis, and documentation efforts

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts
  • Strong knowledge of design patterns
  • Minimum 5 years developing Windows/Linux server-based applications using C++
  • Good understanding of memory management and performance optimization
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with AWS technologies, including but not limited to, Lambda, Batch, ECS, etc.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, quick learner with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and ability to multi-task, stay organized in a dynamic and collaborative teamwork environment, and attitude to get things done
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong advantage:
    • Distributed cloud-based applications development
    • Parallel computing
    • Algorithm design and development
    • Low-level computer architecture
    • Operating system internals
    • Relational database technologies
    • Message-oriented communication
    • Python, C#
    • Docker

Education:

  • BS Degree required in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • MS Degree preferred
