Requirements:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
* 5 years experience with full stack development, both front-end and backend
* Proficiency with Github, Python, Javascript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling applications
* Deep expertise with CI/CD systems
* 3 years of experience with cloud systems, especially Microsoft Azure
* 3 years of hands-on experience as an individual contributor writing code and building software products
* 3 years of experience building large scale enterprise software products
* Experience developing, deploying, and scaling any Enterprise software solutions
* Solid background in data engineering, ETL processes, and data modeling for complex scientific datasets
* Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
* Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Haves:

* Experience working for a small to mid-size startup organization
* Experience working for a biotechnology or healthcare company
* Previous involvement in machine learning and AI projects, with a deep understanding of deploying and managing ML models in production
* Experience mentoring junior level software engineers
