POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role is primarily focused on delivering educational instruction within the Nursing program. All faculty members are expected to prioritize their commitment to student success. A key responsibility is to attend every scheduled class session for courses that follow a regular timetable. Faculty must not alter class schedules or locations without prior consent from the relevant administrative personnel. Outside commitments should not interfere with responsibilities towards students. Full-time educators may be required to teach at various locations, including dual credit courses, evening, or weekend classes.

Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure in Texas.
- Demonstrated teaching capabilities and clinical expertise in the relevant subject area.
- Experience teaching in an entry-level nursing program.
- Familiarity with clinical simulation techniques.
- Prior teaching experience in a community college setting.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
