We're looking for a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the exciting world of buying, selling, and renting properties.

Your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional service, negotiating deals, and delivering results. Whether you're an experienced agent or just starting, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective buyers or renters.
  • Create and maintain listings for available properties.
  • Negotiate offers and draft purchase agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients, other agents, and industry professionals, such as lenders and inspectors.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Utilize marketing tools and strategies to promote properties effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Compensation:

$100,000 commission-based salary.

Requirements:
  • A valid real estate license is required.
  • Proven experience in real estate (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, etc.).
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Reliable transportation for showing properties and attending appointments.
