Position Summary

The Allowance Billing Department is in search of a Pre-Audit Lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing the audit team process for various audits across all divisions until completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and mentorship to the audit team.
  • Address team inquiries and assist with audit-related tasks.
  • Communicate with divisions and vendors regarding audit findings.
  • Analyze extensive data sets and generate complex reports for audit evaluations.
  • Identify emerging trends and training needs, and initiate new projects to support the audit team.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Support the Accountant and manager during period-end closing processes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following qualities:
  • High initiative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of merchandising, audits, and revenue accruals.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in accounting or merchandising.
  • Experience in an audit or billing environment.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.
