Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and imaging results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology, Vascular-Interventional Radiology, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiology - R.T. (R)(VI)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(CV)(ARRT) certification.
  • Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required.
  • ACLS through American Heart Association preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
