We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and quality of food
  • Collaborate with our care teams to ensure that our residents' dietary needs are met and that their preferences are respected
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef who has a passion for delivering exceptional food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will have a strong background in culinary management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • SNVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
