Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
  • Build and manage ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory, ensuring data is accurately and efficiently moved between systems.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including on-premises databases, cloud services, and external APIs, into the data warehouse.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data systems.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and enforce data quality standards, ensuring data is clean, consistent, and reliable.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data technologies.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing data architecture and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or High school diploma and equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or related roles.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS or with Azure data tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
  • 2+ years' experience with cloud-based data solutions and hybrid data environments.
