Korzen Health is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our Hospital-Based Group. This is a Hospital Group Employed Position with a base salary, quality bonus, and full benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong referral pattern and the ability to absorb existing volume from a retiring OB/GYN. The Hospital has a full-time Laborist team in place, and the new OB/GYN will be responsible for taking hospital call 2x a month and some clinic call. The position offers a high potential for RVU growth, with a base salary of $7,000K+ and a 7% 401K match. The Hospital Group Foundation has 12+ employed physicians, providing a collaborative and supportive work environment. The position also includes a 5K CME stipend, 20 days PTO, and all major holidays. Student loan repayment, stipend, relocation, and sign-on bonus are also included.
