Female Caregiver for People with Developmental Disabilities

Community Bridges seeks an exceptional Female Behavioral Home Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, providing personalized support and assistance to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans that align with each individual's needs and preferences.
- Provide emotional support, guidance, and advocacy to help individuals navigate their communities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and families to ensure seamless support services and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in the field of disability support.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working in the human service or related field preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Community Bridges offers a competitive salary, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with 1% company match, excellent paid time off, life insurance, employer-paid short-term disability, and mileage reimbursement.
