About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Program Director to join our team at Community Bridges in Franklin, NH. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our 24/7 medical-staffed residence home.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess excellent leadership skills. You will ensure that each resident receives the necessary services and support to maintain their health and safety, while upholding certification standards and agency policies.

About Us:

Community Bridges is a non-profit organization founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the residence home's operation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff assigned to the residence.
  • Develop and implement service plan goals for each individual served.
  • Represent the agency in a professional manner at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates degree with additional experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 403b with 1% company match.
