Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments for speech and language therapy utilizing suitable methodologies
  • Create personalized treatment plans informed by assessment outcomes
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatment processes, reports, and discharge summaries
  • Provide mentorship and training to clinical support staff, new professionals, and students
  • Engage in departmental performance enhancement initiatives
  • Assist in the development and execution of clinical programs
  • Complete all required competencies in speech and language therapy
  • Meet established productivity benchmarks
  • Utilize resources in accordance with departmental protocols
  • Assume responsibility for assigned tasks and undertake additional duties as necessary
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, other departments, and clients
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Communicative Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (M.S., CCC-SLP)
  • Licensed Speech Pathologist in New Mexico
  • CPR Certification
  • Strong communication and time management abilities
  • Capability to adhere to instructions and established protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
