Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC and conventional manufacturing equipment to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts, tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials.
  • Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
  • Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities in addition to line operator's responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding changes to production orders and quality concerns.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure formulations are being produced and labeled properly.
  • Operate ICT and RDI units at the appropriate MA settings.
  • Troubleshoot the line, taking corrective actions while analyzing the line and correcting line issues as they occur.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure the operation for various quality defects.
  • Perform all SQF activities.
  • React to alarms and signals with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensure the safety of department personnel.
  • Work alongside other departments to ensure accuracy and product deliverance.
  • Assist with maintenance repairs and report non-functioning equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications experience.
  • Ability to use various quality equipment tools such as microscopes, micro-meters, and tape measures.
  • Radiation certification preferred.
