About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Barista to join our team at LC Sobro. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Morning Ritual coffee shop, managing barista/host staff, and helping to prepare, serve, and lead the culture and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Morning Ritual coffee shop
  • Managing barista/host staff and helping to prepare, serve, and lead the culture and growth of the business
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and scheduling
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory bar, hospitality, or restaurant operations experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
