Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of boba tea drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have morning and weekend availability, as we need team members who can keep up with our busy hours. This position offers the opportunity to work 20+ hours per week, with the potential for advancement to a Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of boba tea beverages and snacks.
- Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and customer areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold Yin Yang Tea's brand values and commitment to quality.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask.
- Flexible availability, particularly in the mornings and on weekends.
- Passion for boba tea and a willingness to learn about our products.
