AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and diagnostic radiology, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computed tomography and diagnostic radiology, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited two-year AMA and ARRT-approved program in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT (CT) certification required.
- BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required.
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
- 2 years of experience in computed tomography and diagnostic radiology.
