**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the daily operations of our Clubhouse. This role involves overseeing programs, staff, facilities, community relations, and membership administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement programs that prepare youth for success and promote academic achievement
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with parents, community organizations, and local businesses
  • Manage budgets and control expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
