Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at All Med Search. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their respiratory care needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Operate blood gas analyzers and perform quality control and maintenance tasks.
    • Analyze blood gas samples and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Associate's degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and licensure to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience in critical care.
    • Ability to work in both adult critical care and NICU settings.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
