Join Transdev as a Dispatcher

Transdev is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Houston, PA. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and adjust routes for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain high levels of route productivity
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle location, ETA, and ride times
  • Monitor emails and handle them accordingly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
