Truck Wash Technician

The Truck Wash Technician/General Maintenance Tech is a critical role at Marshall Farms Group, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of company vehicles. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize vehicles to maintain high appearance standards and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Inspect and test vehicles to identify and address any issues or defects.
- Move vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently around the facility.
- Document vehicle condition and maintenance activities.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Basic mechanical ability and knowledge of automotive repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of physical conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive hourly rate of $24.60.
