**Job Title:** Housekeeper

**Responsibilities:**

• As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces to the highest standards.
• You will ensure that infection control and safety protocols are followed in all cleaning procedures, adhering to facility policies and regulations.
• Handling and disposing of waste in accordance with facility guidelines is also a key responsibility.
• You will collaborate with the maintenance team to report any issues or repairs needed, ensuring a smooth operation of the facility.
• Additionally, you will assist with the setup and cleanup of special events or activities within the nursing home, providing support and a friendly presence for residents.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting, is highly desirable.
• You should possess knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are also required.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with residents is crucial.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks associated with the role, including lifting and moving light furniture, is necessary.
