The estimated salary range for this position is **$250,000 - 350,000 per year**, which includes shift pay rates and a premium for night shifts, as well as a generous sign-on bonus. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an excellent benefits package, including health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance covered.
